The staff was super-friendly and amazingly nice, they fixed my issues. The hotel had a very central location and it was just next door to the main square.

The location is magnificent and stunning, relatively near a grand boulevard. And the area is very very nice so close to hill and the center of town, Plaza Mayor, El Rastro, and other attractions...

The hotel with clean rooms, in a great area, in the center. Very central location, at a moderate distance from a large urban plaza. Central heating, a personal safe and an electronic key card in the room and the comfy bed.

We've stayed here before and greatly enjoyed it; the staff is super-friendly and amazingly nice, and the rooms are new-fashioned, while the bar was lovely.

Stayed here for 2 nights and liked my choice. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large urban plaza. Besides, it was just next door to major attractions. The bar was lovely with super-friendly and amazingly nice staff.
